"Riyana Club" is our new project situated on the banks of the Dnipro River, in a location that was previously exclusively used for yacht and boat mooring and storage. We have designed this complex to transform it into a unique destination for the comfortable leisure of yacht club members and guests.
With a vision to develop the area, we have created a hotel complex comprising of 30 apartments, each offering captivating views of the water expanse and equipped with private parking spaces.
The ground floor of the complex features a luxurious reception hall and a spa center with an indoor pool, where visitors can indulge in the luxury of panoramic views and relaxation. Additionally, the complex boasts an outdoor pool and a restaurant, catering to the needs of guests and enthusiasts of strolling along the public waterfront.
